Calm-Ops Hypnosis was created by Andrew Azevedo, a certified hypnotherapist trained to provide hypnotherapy services under the standards and ethics of the American Hypnosis Association. Andrew got into this work because he understood what it felt like to be the holder — the strong one who keeps it together for everyone else.

Hypnotherapy gave him tools to put some of it down, and now he teaches others how to do the same. His approach is straightforward: we work the problem, you do the work, and when it's done, we're done. No upsells, no packages, no pressure.

For in-person sessions, clients sit in an Inharmony zero-gravity chair tuned with haptics and acoustics. The body settles, the nervous system reads it as safe, and by the time the hypnotherapy work begins, half the work is already done. Opening July 2026 in Portsmouth, NH.
